The Illinois State USBC WBA Bylaws were revised at the Annual Meeting of the Association on February 20, 2010. As announced the Bylaws are now available on line. 2012 HALL OF FAME INDUCTEES ANNOUNCED

• OUTSTANDING BOWLER: Kathy Stade has been selected as the 2012 Outstanding Bowler.
• MERITORIOUS SERVICE: Laura Heller has been selected.
• MEMBER OF THE YEAR: Fran Burns will be honored as Illinois USBC WBA Member of the Year for 2012 in Rockford February 18.
• IN MEMORIAM: Char Ebel will be remembered.
