ILLINOIS STATE USBC WBA MEETING

The Annual Meeting of the Illinois State USBC WBA will be held at the Ramada Inn, Rt 159 at I/64 (exit 12), Fairview Heights, Illinois on February 20, 2010. The meeting is called for 11:00 a.m. All members of the Illinois State USBC WBA are welcome to attend the meeting; however, only Illinois State USBC WBA Officers, Directors and Local Association delegates will be able to vote. Delegate credential forms will be mailed to local association managers under separate cover. These forms must be properly completed and signed by both the President and Association Manager. They must to be returned to the Illinois State USBC WBA Office, NO LATER THAN DECEMBER 15. Unless the credential forms are completed and returned to the Illinois State USBC WBA office by the designated date, your association will have no representation at the Annual Meeting.

CREDENTIAL FORMS RECEIVED AFTER DECEMBER 15 WILL BE RETURNED TO THE LOCAL ASSOCIATION MANAGER.

Each local association is urged to elect and send delegates to the Illinois State USBC WBA Annual Meeting. Through your delegates, your local association has a part in the operation of the state association. Please elect delegates so your local association can be represented. Help make the delegation the largest we’ve ever had. Don’t merely ELECT, but be sure your delegates ATTEND THE MEETING.
