ANNUAL MEETING

The 83rd Annual Meeting of the Illinois State USBC WBA will be held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at 11:00 a. m. at the Clock Tower Resort, 7801 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois.

Each delegate is required to register in order to receive the informational packet. You will need to have your current USBC certification card in order to register. Alternates replacing a delegate should know the name of the delegate they are replacing.

It is important that all delegates are registered and everyone seated by 10:45 a. m., so that the meeting may start promptly at 11:00 a. m.

All members of the Illinois State USBC WBA are invited and encouraged to attend this open meeting.

WORKSHOP

A workshop is schedulrd for 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 19, 2012 at the Clock Tower Resort, 7801 East State Street, Rockford, Illinois. All members of the Illinois State USBC WBA are invited.

20 YEAR CLUB

The Illinois State USBC WBA will host a luncheon to be held at 12:00 noon, Sunday, February 19, 2012 at the Clock Tower Resort, 7801 East State Street, Rockford, Illino, for all current members of the Illinois State USBC WBA 20 Year Club. Invitations have been e-mailed and mailed with rsvps required to attend.

Melinda M. Calvert. 2060 Stonehenge, Springfield, IL 62702 is Chairman of the club. Anyone who has bowled in the Illinois USBC WBA Tournament and/or served as a delegate to the Illinois USBC WBA Annual Meeting for 20 years (this does not mean consecutive years) is eligible to join the 20 Year Club.

New members are welcome and we invite them to join. If any of your members think they are eligible, have them obtain and complete a 20 Year Club form. These forms are available from the Chairman or the Illinois USBC WBA office, Our records will then be checked and the person, if she is found to he eligible, will be advised. New members pay a $1.00 initiation fee at the time of induction and the annual dues are $1.00 per year. A 20 year Club Pin will be presented or mailed to all new members. .
